To those people who got good results, I am here to say "Congratulations". To those who didn't, do not worry, because it is something that everyone will go through in their lives. It's just that it's your turn this time. You may not get what you want, but if you tried, it's what that really beats the results itself. You have done your part and that is what really matters. You may fail this time, it doesn't mean you will fail forever. Please cheer up and look at the brighter side of everything. Everything happened for a reason, and it's your choice to view things in a positive or negative way. I might not be the worst and the best, but I'm really happy with what I have now. So, you too. =)

Remember, One examination doesnt make or break your life. We're only on the 17th chapters of our lives, chances and opportunities are aplenty, you might never know what's going to happen. Do not cry over a split milk, instead take this as a lesson and make the best of what's to come.

I won't be jealous nor will i compare. Be contented, because when you are, you'll be able to experience the pure joy; it's priceless.

And don't forget to smile, because it happened.

The Wait

Since the start of the chinese new year and even way before that, everyone has been talking about the results. Ya, as may of you know, the O levels has ended last year and the form 5's have been happily enjoying their holidays after the mugging and chionging for O levels. However, this has not come to an end.

There were many rumours about the date of the release of results.. I really dislike waiting. One day the result is not out, I will never be relieved. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.

I don't care anymore. Result, yes you you you, please be out tomorrow. I don't want to wait anymore, i don't want to feel worry anymore, I don't want to waste my time thinking about you anymore. I know i wouldn't be getting such brilliant result or whatsoever. I don't want all these waiting spoil my mood for open houses .

Parents of friends will be asking our results anyway, so what am i going to answer?

Aunt : Wah, O lvl result out liao hor? What do you get ah?
Me: *smile* hehe... What is that? Can eat one or not..


DONE...


Anyway, we're going to face it sooner or later. O level is really NOT the end.

I really hope to tell everyone that i'm not going to be in Brunei. Is it possible? I don't think so.. People, you will see me cry tomorrow and please don't add salt to the wound. Don't ask me for it, see it for yourself and keep your mouth shut. Thank you. Don't ever discuss about it nor trying to compare. If you get good results, I'll say congratulation to you, If you don't, I will shut my mouth too and keep silent. Same goes to you. It doesn't really decide my future, in a way it does, in another way, it doesnt too.

It's up to one whether it does or not. I have done my part for some of my subjects, I'll leave the rest to Him. Afterall, it's all decided by Him. I just hope to pursue my dream.

The day i stepped into the property of Maktab Sains, people stereotype us as nerds. Ok.. So what if im a nerd? There are actually a lot of meanings to it. I know they mean we are very good in studies but im very sorry to tell you, yours truly is not. So now since you want to call me nerd, so i WILL be nerd for a day.

Yes, i take the appearance of nerd to be,
1)glasses( black and thick frame with big lenses)
2)Hair should be tied up and if possible, in a bun or like mine. =.=
3)carry thick books everywhere and as close as possible because you're afraid that people will snatch it from you.
4) A back-pack(BIG ONE)
5)Wear the skirt so high that its above your waist.
6) Wear the socks as high as possible (between the knee and ankle)
7)Hold a pen everywhere you go.

This is a sasak nerd who couldn't solve her maths word problems.

I also take the actions of nerd to be,
1)Straight away check with the teachers the mistakes you've made in exams/tests so you can correct them in the future
2)Tap the pen nervously before, during and after the exam.
3)Bargain for marks from teachers
4)Be popular among teachers so they will give you extra marks
5)Talk a lot about nerdy topics
6)Always try to learn about different topics in different subjects before the teacher even start to teach


OKOK... I'm guilty of some of the points there. So ya, go ahead and say all you want. I don't care because...............................

Rain rain go away~~~

hey... i know its been a long time since i posted anything.. but have been very super duper extremely busy with my school's coursework.. my courseworks are like pilling up one by one.. ppl always say. "if u can do it today, you will save tomorrow" actually its not from me.. its from HEROES!!! hehe.. my physics hw are like =.="............. haiz...

anyways.. the situation in Brunei is quite bad nowadays.. with the flash floods n the landslides... this doesn occur frequently tho and TWO ppl passed away!!!! i would like to give them my heartfelt condolence... *salut*.... *silence*..........

I WAS PUNK'D today by a certain someone ***... my class is like in an open area.. with open windows n all (cause its not air-conditioned like last years).. and that certain person passed my class saying out loud "RESULTS!!!!!" i was like.... OMIGOSH!!!! and when i looked out.. she smiled 'wickedly'.. HAHA!!!! i feel so dumb.. =.="

anyways lets stop with the bad news about O'Levels n all... TOMORO IS CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!! so...........................

Happy Birthday to YOU! =)





Yesterday went to the gadong(where else) with the girls!! It's been such a long time( like a month?) Mei din tag along. Apparently, she said she had to bake for the upcoming Chinese New Year. Then, she told us she went shopping with her mum later to find for new year clothes. I forgot to bring my camera. That was such a torture and my phone has died and the pictures taken using Oli's phone= failed. In the end, gave up.

Hui Yi was supposed to come to my house to have her hair straightened but then in the end bo jadi( as usual) =.= After all the preparations, headed to excapade. Ordered the usuals, mini special california maki and tom yam udon. I like sour and salty stuff so ya.


Manage to dig a picture of lamb skewer. I wanted to order this but I was really full so forget it. It's really good as an appetizer. Went to mall after that. K-box...We spent about 30 minutes just to choose a song? haha.. In the end we sang our hearts and lungs out.. Not bad.

Then had girls talk. We can talk non-stop. We have like endless things to talk about. From the A to the Z to a walk in the park and yada yada... Spent quite sometime in faceshop also. Were trying with the eyeshadows. In the end, didn't buy anything and the sales girl was kinda annoyed. I feel bad. =X

Hui Yi and Sharon later joined their friends(people who went Japan) while Sab, Oli and I walked around. Really like this pair of heels in Charles and Keith... Going to buy sonner if i didn't see any other heels that I like for Chinese New Year. Sab and I walked to Winmark to look at perfumes after Oli left. We LOVE this perfume for men. It's nice-smelling, i think it has this special magic powder added to it that make girls melt. Girls will surely fall for guys who use this perfume, if not the guy will be heads-turner for as long as he uses this perfume. This happens in real life and I know there's a love story that started just because of this perfume.


Accompany her to buy a loaf of bread then proceed to join Sharon and Hui Yi for YES MAN. Saw a few people like Effie and friends, Pin Jia and co.. I joined the people who went Japan for dinner. Then back home. My whole body aching after doing YOGA. It was fun though. Talk about it next time.

hey.. sorry for neglecting this blog for so long.. laziness prevailed in me... =P today is 17th of january.. cant believe half of the first month of the year is gone now...this post is dedicated to my childhood friend Joanne is flying off to perth today... not sure if you read blog especially this blog but nonetheless... Bon voyage girl!! i m gonna miss you....

In the blink of an eye.. we are already so on the verge of adulthood... how i wish we could just turn back time and be an innocent and playful child again... no need to think of consequences... no need to ponder about decision... no need to take over more and more responsibilities and duties...

our childhood time was the greatest time ever.. and i am grateful to God for putting you in my life... as my bestfriend and my playmate. also i want to thank you for all the great memories... thank you for making my life more wonderful and meaningful...

i hope you will have a new beginning... a heap of new friends who are loyal and trustworthy... a grogeous, romantic, tall, caring and faithful boyfriend!!(XP)

Mandarin oranges

The wonderful sweet tasting, finger-licking, saliva drooling mandarin oranges that come once a year.......

Yeaps, that's what Hui Yi said... i personally love mandarin oranges to an extent that i would eat it everyday, to every houses that i visited, before and during chinese new year. Ya, talking about chinese new year, it's wad? in two weeks time? Gosh, time is something that we will never catch up with. The pace is faster than the light, faster than sound in solid, faster than how Edward Cullen being the hero came to the rescue when Bella nearly got into an accident in the recent talk of the town: Twilight.

Thats just random, back to mandarin oranges, i received an email regarding about these wonderful mandarin oranges that i believe it's still edible no matter what it has got in there. Pesticides? some to-make-the-plant-grow-faster-and-healthier-and-to-bear-more-fruits chemical into it? Ok, i can just say fertilisers... so, these are still ok for me...

What about worms? Worms that have the same exact colour, shapes, and texture.. zomg...






YA, yours truly will still eat it.... hehe.. It's just one worm which is going to die anyways and it's the same texture as the oranges so why not give it a try? No BIG DEAL.. Worms are high in protein... I will just eat it and not think about finding or checking any worms in it or not, It's just waste of time... I want to enjoy the food that comes ONCE IN A YEAR.. In addition, it's kinda rude when people offer you these oranges and you refuse to eat? I will cry if people reject my offer, I'm fear of rejection and lalalala... whatever. I think some people will be grossed out by what i say... But some people say that it's good to have worms because it means that the farmers didn't put too much chemicals and fertilisers which will trigger cancers and whatnots... COZ the wormies don't like chemicals too, they don't want to get cancers too, do they? =.=

Even the mums(excluding Sharon) say when they go for groceries shopping, and when they are choosing vegetables, ya the green thang... they will look for holes on the leaves, it simply means the wormies have eaten it before us.. They are like our taster, when there're holes, it means OK, NO PROBLEM.. We can eat it... Lols... We should appreciate what they did for us.. HaHa

I love wormies, and i reckon thats how the gummy factory are inspired to do this... Everyone one of us have tasted and eaten the gummy worms right? So chewy and sweet and irresistable... Are the real worms like that too? HMMMM i wonder...

YES!! I love wormies... gummy worms i mean... Lols...

We have bought a computer for our home and we have found some problems, which i want to bring to your notice.

1. There is a button 'start' but there is no 'stop' button. We request you to check this.

2. We find there is 'Run' in the menu. One of my friends clicked it and ran up to Amritsar! So, we request you to change it to 'sit', so that we can click that by sitting.

3. One doubt is whether any 're-scooter' is available in the system? I find only 're-cycle', but i own a scooter at home.

4. There is 'Find' button but it is not working properly. My wife lost the door key and we tried a lot to trace the key with this 'find' button, but was unable to trace. Please rectify this problem.

5. My child learn 'Microsoft Word' now he wants to learn 'Microsoft Sentence', so when will you provide that?

6. I brought computer, CPU. mouse and keyboard, but there is only one icon that shows 'My Computer': when will you provide the remaining items?

7. It is surprising that Windows says "My Pictures', but there is not even a single photo of mine. So when will you keep my photo in that,

8. There is 'MICROSOFT OFFICE' what about 'MICROSOFT HOME' since i use the pc at home only.

9. You provided 'My Recent Documents'. When will you provide 'My Past Documents?'

10. You provide 'My Network Places'. For God sake please do not provide 'My Secret Places'. I do not want to let my wife know where I go after my office hours.

Awaken the music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry sharon.. i know i said that i will blog yesterday but i like fell asleep while watching tv.. have been very sleepy & lazy lately.. hehe.. anyways i recently went shopping for groceries... it seems that nearly ALL the shops arnd Brunei are playing the annoying CNY songs.. its not that i hate CNY but the songs are like sooooo annoying!!!!

now i know that i took for granted the environment in USA and Japan..its so cool there i mean they are sooo friendly.. they actually greet strangers.. like in the elevators and supermarkets.. COME ON BRUNEIANS!!!! BE FRIENDLY!!!!! the person who left a huge impression on me was a sales lady... she was like "WELCOME TO POLO!!!", "MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!", "THANK YOU FOR COMING TO POLO!!!" and yadda yadda yadda.. it seems that i spend a lot of time at the Polo shop.. HAHA!!!!

oh I MISS USA!!!! I MISS JAPAN!!! i MISS KAITLIN!! I MISS AIDAN & MIKAYLA!!! I MISS ROCKBAND!! I MISS THAT PPL ACTUALLY DRIVE ON THE RIGHT LANE!!!

the only thing that i dont miss is the stew-pitt tax.. its like 7.75% of what you buy.. that is seriously and freakingly HIGH!! its like buying a dress that costs $400 and get taxed off by $30!!!! It feels great to live in a tax-free country..

anyways CNY is coming...... AGAIN!!!!... which is kinda great except for the hectic shopping for clothes and groceries.... the wonderful sweet tasting.. finger-licking.. saliva-drooling..(haha).. mandarin oranges that come once a year.. =D

Growing up

Time is like river.

You cannot touch the same water twice,

because the flow that has passed will never pass again.

I mean you cant forever be a kid, everyone must and need to grow up. It's not like you have passed the age of 12, the next year you will just pass the year of 12. Never.

Honestly, I do not like growing up. Simply because i don't want to face challenges and i will have more responsibility as i get older about almost everything: school, family, church, so on.

But I like how amazing God's creation on every each and one of us. The growth, the changes(for the better or the opposite), the way we change our mindset... There's no way in this world that anyone can create something like us, human.

People might say how about robots? Look, who create robots? Human!

I really have to thank Him for a lot of things. For creating me, for putting me into this tiny little world to face different level of difficulties, cos He know I'm capable. Yes , I am. I know He has prepared everything for us, He know us more than we know ourselves. He know whats best for us. He is the only one who can judge me.

Its like a pen, it's the creation of a creator. The creator make the pen this way, He has put a lot of effort to make the best out of this pen and only the creator knows the elements he put into this pen and it's capability and it's function. If you're not the creator of this pen, you would not know a single thing about it. Therefore, you have no right to judge. We're like the pen, He is the creator. We are His creation.

These 17 years have been a roller-coaster ride. There are ups and downs, high and low, tears and laughter... Everything happened in just a blink of eyes. I like to see how people (excluding me) change over the years, it's just like butterfly evolving from caterpillar...
